For Ascension I chose a simpler solution since the original box has a suitable size. I made an inlay with six compartments. The height of the walls are chosen to protect the cards when you put the game board on top. Unfortunately this makes it a bit difficult to pick up the cards if you pack them too tight. The box has only room for one board. This box contains three large sets and two small ones as well as a number of promo cards. All cards are sleeved with thin sleeves. As you can see there isn’t much room left, but you could leave out some honor tokens and a lot of the base cards since you never use them all. The inlay is made of olied oak.
